What a group. What a few days. 💪

Huge credit to every athlete who came along to our first Performance Camp. The effort, attitude and energy across the whole group was brilliant from start to finish 🚀

They pushed themselves, challenged each other, learned a lot, had fun, and, most importantly, showed what can happen when you put a great group of athletes together with the right mindset 💪

~ SUMMER PERFORMANCE CAMP ~

This August, we’re launching the very first Tin Shed Athlete Academy Summer Performance Camp. This four-session athlete development programme is designed to help young athletes run faster, move better, get stronger, and build confidence through structured, age-appropriate training 💪

Led by Fraser Allan and Brad O’Hanlon, both qualified Youth Strength & Conditioning Specialists, athletes will learn the foundations of athletic performance while gaining a better understanding of how to train properly 🏋️

What They’ll Learn:
✔️ Speed Development
✔️ Agility & Change of Direction
✔️ Strength Training
✔️ Power Development
✔️ Athlete Performance Testing
✔️ How to Train Properly for Sport

What’s Included:
