Over the past 8 weeks Robyn committed to the process, balancing strength training with endurance work, and the results speak for themselves.

Cassie has just completed a 7-week hybrid athlete training and nutrition program and the results speak for themselves. 💪🏽

Throughout the program we combined running, heavy strength training, and HYROX-style workouts to achieve these results in a short period of time. 🏃🏼‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

Cassie has been a client of mine for years and during that time she’s made incredible improvements to both her physique and overall health.

That time my heart rate was up at 200 😅

Stepped way outside my comfort zone today and took on my first solo event 💥

I’ve only ever raced doubles, so the nerves were very real — but I absolutely loved it. The setup, the crew, and yes… even the pain 🤣

Finished in 1:17 and 4th in my age group. Couldn’t be happier with that!

Thank you so much to everyone who came to support me today and a couple of surprise supporters ❤️

As a small business owner, this is how I earn my living, and last-minute cancellations directly impact my income and availability for other clients. ⏰

I completely understand that life happens and I am very flexible but these policies help keep scheduling fair for everyone ❤️

I’ve had a few more short-notice cancellations recently. Although payment is always promised and meant to be sent, it is often forgotten, which affects my income as a small business.

To help avoid this going forward, these cancelled sessions will need to be paid for before I book you into my diary for the following week.

Hybrid athlete program complete ✅

Morgan has smashed this intense training program, incorporating a mix of heavy strength sessions and running 🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️

Morgan was already doing well with running but lacked structure. This progressive program finished this week with her running 13 miles comfortably.🏃🏼‍♀️🔥

Her split was 2 x lower body strength sessions, 2 x upper body strength sessions. 1 easy run, 1 sprint/hill session & 1 long run, per week.

This has built her endurance engine AND her strength & speed, but most importantly, she feels amazing.

This type of training gets these results in just 6 weeks.

Nutrition was 80/20 with a high protein diet with 40/40/20 macro split. 1800 cals.

No denial of ANY FOOD TYPES! It’s the festive season and Morgan had a few things things on 🍾🥩💃

WELL DONE!
