Honestly… seeing that sign go up on the door today made everything feel REAL. 🖤

Nearly two years ago, I didn’t even have this gym. I decided to take a chance, go for it… and now here we are, expanding again.

This new studio is MASSIVE for J’s Fitness Team.

More space. More classes. More PTs. More opportunities for the team, and more we can offer our community. 🙌

It’ll also give other instructors the chance to hire the space for things like Pilates, yoga and other classes, which is something I’m really excited about.

I need to say a massive thank you to my dad. Me and him have absolutely slogged this project out together — long days, late nights and plenty of stress along the way. ❤️

A huge thank you to my wife, Kirsty, for listening to me go on about it constantly 😂, putting up with the stress and all the long nights I’ve spent working on this.

And of course, a massive thank you to every single person on my team. J’s Fitness Team wouldn’t be where it is today without the guys working alongside me. This growth is down to all of us. 💪

And finally, thank you to every single person who has supported J’s Fitness Team — whether you train with us, come to classes, share our posts, recommend us or simply back what we’re doing.

YOU are the reason we keep growing. 🖤

The classes were packed, the gym was buzzing, and the atmosphere was unreal from start to finish. Honestly, seeing the place this busy and everyone getting stuck in is exactly what it’s all about. ❤️

The brand-new studio is NEARLY… NEARLY… NEARLY DONE! 😍🔥

We’re down to the final touches now, and this week we’ll finally be announcing our official OPENING DAY. 👀

It’s been some journey getting to this point, and we cannot wait to show everyone the finished product and start the next chapter of J’s Fitness Team.

🔥 ANOTHER ABSOLUTELY SOLID WEEK AT J’S FITNESS TEAM 🔥

Honestly… just LOOK at these classes! 😮‍💨👏
Absolutely bouncing all week.

The atmosphere, the people, the energy — this really is THE place to be. ❤️🖤

And behind the scenes, the NEW STUDIO is flying along! 👀🔥
We’re roughly three quarters of the way there now, and the final bits and pieces should be arriving on Monday.

I’m still holding off on announcing the official opening date just yet. I want to make sure everything is exactly where it needs to be, everything is working properly, and the whole place is ready before we open those doors.

Hopefully by midweek next week, I’ll be able to give you all the date. 👀🙌

And honestly… I CANNOT WAIT for you all to see it.

But J’s Fitness Team is about so much more than just a gym.

🤝 We’re friends.
💪 We’ve got an unbelievable team of instructors who give everything to this place.
🏃 We’ve got run clubs.

Another absolutely SOLID day at J’s Fitness Team 👏🔥

The gym was absolutely JAM-PACKED, and the classes were BOUNCING morning and night with Shaun 🙌💪

Honestly, the place has just been non-stop all week and it’s brilliant to see so many people coming through the doors, putting the work in and being part of this wee family ❤️

And on top of all that… MASSIVE progress in the new studio yesterday! 👀🔥
Probably the biggest day of progress we’ve had yet after a 15-HOUR SHIFT 😅😂 but every hour is going to be worth it when you all see the finished result!

Now it’s THURSDAY… we’re nearly at the weekend, folks! 🙌
