4 months. 12-13 kilos down. 💪

A lot of people see the photo, but they don’t see the early mornings, the late nights, the running, the swimming, the hybrid sessions, the gym work, or the days where motivation wasn’t there but the work still got done.

With 7½ weeks until I marry my best friend, I decided it was time to get serious. I’ve followed the same simple principles I give to all of our challenge members: consistency, structure, movement, and patience.

Over the last few months it’s been a mix of running, swimming, weight training, HYROX prep, hybrid sessions and sticking to the habits that actually work. No magic tricks. Just showing up day after day.

Nearly 12-13kgs gone, feeling fitter, healthier and more prepared than ever.

The wedding is the short-term goal. HYROX, hybrid races and pushing my body to new levels next year is the long-term goal.

Still plenty of work to do, but we’re getting there. 👊
