10 minute time frame completing as many rounds as possible with as little rest as possible, resting after each 10 minutes before moving onto next round😅
ROUND 1
• 10 jumping jacks
•10 squat to elbow touch’s
•15 jump slam balls
•20 cross mountain climbers
ROUND 2
•5 burpee press
•10 shoulder taps
•10 into out dumbbell flys
•20 toe taps
ROUND 3
•10 dumbbell curl press
•10 side step touches
•10 sit back mountain climbers
•10 shoulder press squats
Followed by some core work and weights😃
