Hey Champions,

We're back on tomorrow, Monday June 8th at Cornerstone House.

Mini Champions 4.15-5 (5-7yo)
Junior Champions 5.15-6 (8-12yo)

The Mini Champions are working towards their 3rd grading.

The Junior Champions, with this age group signing up at different stages, are working towards their 1st, 2nd & 3rd gradings.

Going through the gradings, the punches , defensive and blocking techniques get more challenging but this group are learning every week

We're back tonight, Monday, from 4.15 & 5.15, continuing along the pathway, for those working towards their 1st, 2nd or 3rd certificates in Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld .

At Champions, we learn the punches, the pad holding positions, the defensive moves, the blocks, stance and footwork, in a structured, graded pathway alongside valuable life lessons and social values. Respect, focus, anti bullying, safety, healthy habits - to name but a few.

After a week's rest, Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld are back to it tomorrow!

Tomorrow, the Champions will be working hard to bag their next, (or first) certificates, on technical prowess, and making sure our newer recruits get on that grading pathway, with support all the way and of course, taking part in the weekly, interactive "Corner Chat " on this week's life lesson/ social value.

With no venue access today, May 4th, Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld sessions are not on this week.

We'll come roaring back next Monday May 11th

For most, we'll be assessing for the 2nd certificate in the grading pathway, and 1 of our champions will be assessed for their debut.

Our Mini Champions (5-7yo) & Junior Champions (8-12yo) meet every Monday from 4.15pm, at Cornerstone House, Cumbernauld.

Here you can learn and develop your boxing skills, grow in confidence, ability, contribute and interact in our weekly Corner Chats (life lessons and social values) and take away weekly challenges & healthy habits.

We will:

> Increase Champions knowledge intake, exercise levels, as we move towards the next grading
> Help each other.

*** AN EASTER BREAK FIT FOR CHAMPIONS ***

Boxercise Champions will be having Easter Monday night off but we'll return Monday April 13th.

My trail blazing, pioneering Champions absolutely smashed block 1, and we're getting to grips with the learning of block 2.

They've learned initial punch types, pad holding positions, stance, footwork and defensive moves. With so much more to come!
Every week we have a different topic each week on life skills and social values in the form of an interactive "corner chat".

When we return, we'll reset the group objectives, recap what we've learned and generally turn things up a little so we can help those who've just joined and get into the newest block.

*** CALLING ALL CHAMPIONS -IN-WAITING ***

Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld launched in January ✅

Our first gradings took place early March ✅.

As the ONLY Champions location in Scotland, and 1 of only 8 in the UK - it's been amazing to see our members get into something brand new, learn a graded pathway of Boxercise skills, mix well, form friendships, support each other, learn and grow in skill, strength and ability, as well as gaining some valuable life skills social values (& certificates!) along the way.

All of this ☝️ in a safe, inclusive, welcoming environment.
