Monday afternoon Seniors (over 60-year-olds)
includes game of bowls, tea/coffee, biscuits
Monday night 7 p.m. – Gents Points Night
A friendly game of bowls with experienced bowlers and even some juniors helping you with the game. Enjoy a drink afterwards.
Tuesday night 7 p.m. – Ladies Points Night
Bowls throughout the season plus indoor activities in the darker nights, these may include bingo, beetle drive, quiz, singers, discos, curry nights, etc.
Weekend Friendlies
Enjoy a friendly match with other bowling clubs. The sum of £5 includes your transport, a meal and generally a couple of spirits. Possibly cheaper to go to a friendly than sit in and watch the telly.
Bounce Games
Improve your skills or just have fun with other bowlers
Competitions
Singles, pairs, triples and rinks competitions for gents and ladies, as well as mixed pairs.
Represent the club in competitions throughout the season.
Juniors, £15 per annum
8-year-olds to 17-year-olds receive tuition on Friday afternoons from 5 p.m. and have the opportunity to play in internal competitions and represent the club.
Socials
Dances throughout the year with professional singers, comfortable surroundings and very competitive drink prices.
Hall Hire
The hire of the hall is available to members for their own functions.
