Tryst studio & gym will be closed from 31st August to 25th September 2026, with them due to reopen 26th September 2026.

Tryst Sports Centre Gym Refurbishment - Exciting Upgrades Coming Soon!

We are delighted to share that upcoming upgrades will be carried out to the gym and studio spaces at Tryst Sports Centre.

📅 Please note: The gym and studios will be closed from 31 August to 26 September while these upgrades are completed.

💪 What's new?
✨ Brand-new gym equipment
✨ New gym flooring and a fresh new look
✨ Repaired and resealed main studio floor
✨ Refreshed decor and improved lighting in both studios

A full list of alternative facilities available to members during this period can be found on our website, the closest alternative is Broadwood Leisure Centre.

We can't wait to welcome you back to a refreshed, modern space. Thank you for your patience while we make these exciting improvements!
