So so sorry however I am having to cancel classes AGAIN! Still not feeling very well & doctor has said I really should rest (not that I want to but hey ho, better actually listen to my body right?! 🤷🏻‍♀️)

I've just about managed to get back up after what can only be described as a horrendous week. However hopefully you were all taken good care of by the fabulous instructors you stepped in last minute to cover my classes. Absolute superstars 🌟🌟🌟

My body is unfortunately taking a bit of a beating at moment 😕

From Tuesday 12 May - Sunday 17 May, there will be parking restrictions within the Time Capsule car park due to a Funfair.

📣⚠️ TIME CAPSULE ⚠️📣
IMPORTANT CLASS INFO

After very careful consideration I have made a very reluctant but necessary decision to no longer take the following classes:

18:00 Tuesdays @ Time Capsule
18:00 Thursdays @ Riverbank Hub

This will come into effect from JUNE onwards. So I will still be taking classes up until my holiday at end of May. Hopefully will give me a opportunity to see all you amazing people before I stop 🤞🏻

It is also just very unfortunate that it is 2 Time Capsule classes but please know the decision has had nothing to do with the NL members. You are the very reason I've kept going for so long!

I am still continuing with my Monday night Broadway Boogies & Thursday morning Zumba/BB, so hopefully still get a wee dance with you all!

This is has not been an easy decision to make however for once in my life I am actually listening to my somewhat knackered body. I have had to set aside how my heart feels (💔🥺) & use my business head instead 🧠🤦🏻‍♀️

I appreciate everyone single one of you who make time to come to my classes. And if I don't manage to catch you at other classes ... NEVER FORGET YOU ARE
