Footgolf Devon League Night 7:

Wind, rain, dry ground and a hole in one!
League night 7 saw the first rainfall during play and windy conditions made low scoring difficult on a night when the overall leaderboard changed very little.

The highlight of the evening was a rare and magnificent hole in one on hole 7 from Mike Jones (pictured)

The best score of the evening was from Tony Follett with 63 and the only under par score, although this was not enough to catch league leader Nelly Wilkinson who finished in joint 2nd with 67. Stuart Pears also manged 67 to share 2nd place.

Stephen Williams moved into contention in the senior category level with Andrew Hiller with 1 league night remaining on 11th September before the finals night on 18th September.

Footgolf Devon League Night 6:

The Footgolf is heating up in the middle of the relentless heatwave.
It was Tony Follett's turn to Eclipse the other players with a scorching round of 58 (-8)
"Hotshot" Chris Hopton making a guest appearance finished 2nd with 64, and league leader Nelly Wilkinson wilted in the heat with a 65 and was unable to improve on his best 4 scores.
It means his lead has been cut to just 2 shots with 2 league nights remaining before the finale.

Footgolf Devon League Night 5 Results

This was one of the closest nights so far with 4 players within 2 shots and 3 jokers played.

Joe Hawkins was joint top scorer with a 9 hole round of 31 and playing a joker scoring 62 (-4)
Nelly Wilkinson also scored 62 after also playing his Joker.
3rd place was Tony Follett with a best 9 of 29 but having already played his joker in the previous round scoring 63. Stuart Pears also played his joker with a best 9 of 32 giving him a score of 64.

The result means Nelky Wilkinson takes a commanding 9 shot league having now played the league minimum of 4 nights.

With 3 nights to go, who is going to catch him?
The next league night is Friday 14th August, anyone is welcome to come along.

Congratulations to Footgolf Devon 's Luke Phillips for finishing in the national tour championships in 3rd place in the men's amateur Catrgory.
Luke is currently 3rd in the national amateurs rankings and 15th in the mens national rankings.

Footgolf Devon 2026 League night 4

Hot Hot Hot! 6 players took part in league night 4 and the footgolf matched the hot weather with some unbelievable shots played from positions on the course not seen before.

Nelly Wilkinson had a blistering round of 56 (-10)
Including a 9 hole score of 26 matching the course record. The score takes him to 2nd in the league table but having played 1 night less putting him in a very strong position with 4 nights left to play.
Tony Follett was 2nd on the night with a net 60 after playing his "joker" (A new feature this season allowing players to score the better of the 1st or 2nd 9 holes x2). This propelled him to the top of the league for now but having played one game more.

A special mention goes to Jay Woodward who is improving all the time and finished 3rd on the night and is now 4th in the league.
