𝗝𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 ✅

This weekend, myself, Harry, Jack and Dave took on a challenge we'd planned ourselves in running the Jurassic Coast from Old Harry Rocks in Studland to Orcombe Point in Exmouth

As a team we covered 109 miles and 16,500 feet of elevation with the goal of completing it within 24 hours

We started at 5am on Saturday morning and crossed the finish line at 4:15am on Sunday with just 45 minutes to spare

Safe to say it was a challenge. Battling the heat throughout the day, we saw the sunrise, the sunset and spent hours running through the dark.

A great team effort from everyone involved. Plenty of tough moments along the way but everyone dug in and got the job done.

Now it's time to catch up on some sleep and eat far too much food 👊

𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.... 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 ⛰️

Today Adam, Harry and I headed to 𝗦𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗼𝗻 to recce part of the route for the start of the 250/7 Challenge in August

We came down via the Watkin Path which is currently the planned route down from the summit as we begin the journey home

Standing at the top today made everything feel very real

The next time we’re at the summit of Snowdon we won’t just be taking in the view… we’ll be setting off on 250 miles in 7 days

A lot of planning and preparation has already gone into this challenge and there’s still plenty more to come over the next few months

But now the countdown really feels on

𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻

Today I took on the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK

A last-minute decision to run it solo and my first time racing a half marathon just for myself

Came away with:
• 1:22:45 finish time
• 47th out of 20,000 runners
• PBs in both the 10K and half marathon

Honestly hands down the best race I’ve ever been part of. The support all the way round was unreal

If you’ve ever thought about doing it - DO IT

Now it’s time to rest up for a few days before getting straight back into training for the 250/7 challenge 👊
