About the Class :
In a warm, safe, and inclusive environment, we begin with an introduction to you and your growing bump. The class then starts with Alignment, Breathing, and Activation of your core (ABC). We follow this with a series of movements, pelvic floor exercises, and finally some relaxation.
By the end of the class, you will feel lengthened, relaxed and energised. Furthermore, you'll find this a great opportunity to meet like-minded 'mums-to-be' (and take a much-needed time out from your busy life)!
Pilates is an excellent way of keeping active throughout pregnancy and helping prepare the body for the demands of labour.
Workouts are low impact and put minimal stress on joints, making them ideal for women seeking a prenatal workout.
