Absolutely blown away by Craig’s progress over the last 5 weeks. 🔥

His physique is looking crazy right now, and it’s been great to see the hard work paying off week after week. The consistency, effort, and attention to detail have been second to none.

We’ve recently moved onto a new training programme, and one of the exercises we’ve introduced is the neutral-grip incline dumbbell press. This variation allows us to place greater emphasis on the upper chest while keeping the shoulders in a more comfortable position. It’s a great option for building the upper chest without placing unnecessary stress on the shoulder joints.🔥

Little Lifters & Junior Lifters Tomorrow!

We can’t wait to welcome all of our Little Lifters and Junior Lifters tomorrow for another fun-filled session!

Our classes are designed to help children build confidence, develop strength, improve coordination, and most importantly, have fun while staying active. Whether they’re lifting, jumping, balancing, or learning new skills, every session is packed with encouragement and achievement.

✨ Little Lifters – Building strong foundations through play and movement.

✨ Junior Lifters – Developing fitness, technique, confidence, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Beach Bootcamp at Porth Beach?

We’ve secured a licence from the council to potentially run a 6-week Sunday-morning Beach Bootcamp 7am-8am from the end of June to the beginning of August, at Porth Beach this summer.

Before we make a final decision, we’d love to know if there’s enough interest!

Few sessions at Jetts this week 🔥💪

How it started vs. how it’s going.

Just under 3 years separate these two deadlifts. The first was in my shed, learning the basics, making mistakes, and putting in the work. Fast forward to today, and I’m lifting more weight with far better form, more confidence, and a much deeper understanding of training.

The biggest change? What started as a personal goal has become my career. I now help others lose weight, build muscle, improve their movement, and perfect their form as a personal trainer.

Proof that where you start doesn’t define where you finish. Keep showing up, trust the process, and focus on getting 1% better every day.
