Our first touch rugby session starts tonight!

Pre-Season is just around the corner!

After a couple of months off we’re ready to get back into the swing of things, starting with 2 touch rugby sessions to blow the cobwebs off and a players meeting 💨

We’re then straight into pre season training on July 2nd in preparation for a couple of friendlies before the league starts🟣⚫️🟡

Excellent weekend at the Neath Steam and Vintage show.

As a club we're proud to support all the organisers and volunteers who make this such a brilliant weekend.

What an incredible weekend we’ve had. And it’s all thanks to this wonderful bunch of volunteers.

Thank you all for your hard work week in and week out preparing for our annual show.

With x2 Ironman Wales to his name and a World Championship in Nice, Craig will be putting the boys through their paces throughout the year making sure we’re fit and ready to tackle the league💪🏼

We’re delighted to announce Ian Lewis as our Head Coach for the upcoming season.

Another WRU level 2 coach with experience at Youth & Senior levels and over 500 appearances at Swansea Uplands RFC. Ian is ready to implement his plans to push the boys forward🟣⚫️🟡
