And guess what? Tomorrow is a brand new week.

If you’re not feeling your best right now — physically, mentally, or emotionally — ask yourself this:
What’s one thing I can do differently this week?

Because staying stuck in the same habits will only keep bringing the same results.
But the second you decide to move, to fuel your body better, to show up for you — that’s when everything starts to shift.

✨ Strong > Skinny Especially As We Age 💪

I used to think being “skinny” was the goal…Now?

I’m chasing strong, energised, capable, and confident.

Because as we get older, our priorities change:

✅ We start losing muscle if we don’t train for it
✅ Our metabolism naturally slows down
✅ Our bones and joints need more support
✅ Hormones shift and recovery takes longerAnd guess what helps with all of that?

➡️ Building muscle.
➡️ Lifting weights.
➡️ Prioritising strength over a dress size.

Strong bodies age better.

They move better.They bounce back faster.

And they give us the energy to live life fully — not just look a certain way.

So no, I’m not trying to be “skinny” anymore.

I’m training to be strong — inside and out.
