Hello you 👋🏼. Have you not managed to make it to class for a while? Please don’t worry, there is no shame or judgement from me.

I would love to see you though 💜. I know coming back after a while can feel like climbing a mountain 🏔️ but I promise you will be welcomed with a smile and happiness that you have come back to class.

How are we all doing?
I am absolutely loving this beautiful weather we are having at the moment.

I’ll keep an eye on the weather this week as I see it’s creeping back up into the 30’s

We will be in HOT HOT format so your all s get your BOOST but I’ll take out some of the cardio tracks and replace them with some strength tracks.

How are we all doing?
Can’t believe it’s Thursday nearly another week done how’s your week going?
So as you may be aware Crowborough class we have been having low numbers, I know it’s hard in the summer time but I want to hear from you have you been thinking of coming along and not to sure, have you been before and want to come back.
Would an earlier time suit?
Our current location is the hall ok?
These are some things I’ve been thinking about.
I absolutely love BOOSTing with all of you and I know how much you love it to.

How’s everyone’s Sunday going?
What’s been happening over the weekend for you.
For me it was family time yesterday and work today but the little one got to see a steam engine with his daddy.
The weather is set to warm up again next week I’ll be keeping an eye of for any warnings

How is it only Tuesday evening!
How is everyone doing?
Sorry I’ve been quiet recently but as you can see from the photo my boy has been keeping his mummy on her toes, he’s not been sleeping and then he’s caught the germs that comes with nursery!
What’s everyone been up to? Have your kids broken up from school are you looking forward to the summer holidays.

Who’s looking forward to a BOOST tomorrow this mama sure is it’s very much needed.
