I worked for many years in a city banking environment but found that as my daughter grew the demands of the job started to place constraints on both my family and fitness ambitions. As such I took the decision to leave to enable me to devote the time and energy required to fulfill my long-term ambition of becoming a personal trainer. I completed my YMCA Advanced Personal Training exam in March 2012. To compliment this I also hold a Diploma Level 3 in Personal Nutrition. I'm very passionate about food and believe that to coin a cliché 'you are what you eat'. I love helping people and being a personal trainer helps me add value where people can often struggle with motivation and drive. Your goal becomes my goal, one that together we will achieve.

Fabulous dinner with my Chemical (me) / Man Han (Shirley) / Chase (Alison & Tina) girls. As always, we had the best time. So much has happened since we last saw each other, but we went straight back into it like no time had passed.

Back to an old haunt , constant chatting as if we were still working on the trading floor together 🤣

What a lovely Easter Saturday we had 🐣

Finally ticked Beaverbrook off the list and I’m glad I’ve been….but I won’t be rushing back 🙃 Personal opinion, completely overrated.

Eye wateringly expensive, the bill was frankly offensive considering I was the only one drinking obviously 😂 the waitress was chippy and we were asked to leave before we’d even finished… not actually our fault as they forgot half our mains 🤦🏼‍♀️

Thank goodness the company was 10 out of 10 because everything else definitely wasn’t 😅

What a lovely weekend celebrating my mops & pops’ 60th wedding anniversary 🥂✨ It was so special to all be together, we did miss ._ and though ❤️

We stayed in a fab place in Hamble Le Rice, highly recommend it!

Happy anniversary to The Olds, we all love you so much. What an achievement, not sure who deserves the medal more 🤣🤣

The last pic is such a good group one but I couldn’t shrink it to fit 🙄 And obviously any flattering pics of my sister were taken by me 🤣
