Getting ready for indoor racket sports starting up again!! Thanks to Nick at Melior Sports for his helpful, passionate advice on cleaning materials and technique.

We will find out on the 5th if we can open our courts on the 12th, albeit with some familiar restrictions.

The good news will be that I will be allowed to start coaching 1:1
Adults £20 / session (inc court fee)
Juniors £10 / session (inc court fee).

Also look out for a free back to squash / racketball day I'll run weekly where you can book a court and I will help you with some drills to get back into good movement and good shot combinations, with a fun work out too.

An impressive dive at 11 minutes and an interesting ruling that its the opponent who must decide if he wants to play on or not and the player who dived and caused wet patched on the floor does not have a right to appeal.

What is so impressive in the this game is Momem's ease of movement from tee to ball and back again, he just floats around the court!
