✨ New Over 60s Pilates Class – Interest Check ✨
We’ve had some lovely interest in starting a Pilates class for the over 60s, focused on:
• slow, gentle movement
• controlled exercises
• improving mobility
• helping the body feel stronger and more comfortable
Are you over 60 and thinking about trying something new?
