Nothing makes us prouder than seeing clients achieve their goals — and keep smashing them!
Sioned came to us to get fitter. This year she’s: Completed several 5Ks, Progressed to 10Ks, Run 3 half marathons, cutting 10 minutes off her time and now has a goal to run a marathon!
Despite not owning a bike and avoiding putting her head underwater — she set another goal to do a triathlon… and smashed it!
She completed her first triathlon in Ammanford and now wants to do more.
