One of today’s clients getting some soft tissue treatment done on his shoulder.

Our client is an office worker which means he suffers with knots in the upper back and and stiffness in the shoulders from sitting at his desk.

A combination of the massage itself and some exercises to strengthen certain areas of the back/ shoulders means he will be pain free in no time 😃

Client who suffers with a bad back, due to her job of hairdressing. She keeps on top of her niggles by visiting us for a massage on a regular basis and by training weekly with us to strengthen her back.

This client comes in every 2-3 weeks to relieve any tension or aches and pains she may have. (This reduces the risk any major injuries developing).

This client suffers with lower back pain, a stiff neck and stiff shoulders. She’s always relieved and pain free after her massage treatment 💆🏻‍♀️
