Tuesdays at Capernwray are becoming very popular!!

It’s congratulations to 2 of our divers that are busy whizzing through courses 🌟

Jack is now Drysuit certified … ready for the coming winter (had a taster with today’s deluges ☔️)

David successfully completed his Search & Recovery course … pushing through to Divemaster 💪

Well done to you both 👏👏

Weekends!!

Saturday pool days with more diver training.

This week we had a very enthusiastic Isla smashing her discover scuba experience. Definitely a budding diver there 👌👏

2 open water courses continued and our DMCs carried on with their skills circuit 👏👏

Happy days 😊

A minor setback with the planned pleasure diving trip to Anglesey … bank holiday weather meant the boat was cancelled, too windy 🌬️. That doesn’t stop us hardened divers though… we’re off for a shore dive soon from Holyhead Pier 🤿

We’ll report back later on how it went 🤞🫣🤣

YESSSSSS, it really is a fantastic day 🥳

Our Divemaster, Richard, has just completed the final day of his Instructors course and become a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor 🥳🤿🥳🤿

To say we’re beyond proud is an understatement!

Rich gave his full commitment to the course to get to this point, attending regular pool and quarry training sessions with Team Marina, before moving closer to his finals when his training moved on with our PADI Course Director, Tracy.

This weekend at the Eight Acre Lake site, he’s been put through his paces by PADI Examiner, Rachel Watts, and has successfully achieved his goal 🤿

What an accomplishment 👏 👊 👏

Huge congratulations Richard, this is totally deserved and the whole team are so proud of you 🫶

Did we mention that our Divemaster candidate-in-waiting, Jack, successfully completed his Search & Recovery Diver speciality on Tuesday!! Jack has to be one of the most enthusiastic students we’ve ever had! Eager to learn everything scuba, lining up his courses!

Well what a day we had yesterday Capernwray Diving & Leisure Ltd !

It was the most gorgeous day to take the 2 most gorgeous, bravest young ladies through their courses.

Mollie and Megan both attend Live To Learn CIC and, sponsored by M J Quinn, had scuba diving lessons with Marina Scuba School … our mantra being
‘Diving is for Everyone’!

Live to learn has the same philosophy … ‘Live to Learn - Learn to Live’. Anyone can do anything if given a chance 💪

We are delighted beyond words to congratulate Mollie on becoming a certified Scuba Diver 👏 and Megan has successfully completed a Discover Scuba in open water 👏

Using adaptive techniques, our team supported both students, where required, in order for them to achieve their goals.

M J Quinn for the support and sponsorship, parents and families, the wonderful Team Marina who all turned out to be a part of this, underwater camera support from Jan and Jack and mostly to our stars of the show - Mollie and Megan!
