Our instructor is enjoying a holiday and will return to the centre on Monday 14th September

Join us next monday to enjoy all the benefits of Yoga
2pm start

A lovely, chilled session at Crook Community Leisure today with a small but wonderfully engaged group. 🌿
We practised Sun Salutations, using props as needed, and enjoyed some playful balancing along the way. We also explored how yoga can be subtly strong, enhancing functional fitness, balance and flexibility, while bringing that lovely mindfulness to the breath, the movement and the pause.
