HollRose Holistic Flow My style of yoga is a Hatha based energetic Vinyasa Flow .

In Vinyasa style yoga we flow dynamically from one posture / asana to the next whilst connecting with the breath. I encourage students to flow at their own pace and to move intuitively in a way that their body needs. I offer variations and modifications to make my classes accessible to all no matter where practitioners are in their yoga practice.

Day 27 # Tropic Summer Skincare Challenge

Nearly at the finish line my loves.

Today is all about nourishing your lushus lips.

Tropic Lip Silk Serum is my daily go to for plumping, hydrating and nourishing my lips.

This serum is full of ceramides and doesn't dry out lips like other lip treatments do.

It's great as a nighttime treatment before bed and great to carry in your handbag and reapply during the day.

It's great on its own or over lipstick to make those lips glossy and sleek.

Day 25 # Tropic Summer Skincare Challenge

Today is all about gently exfoliating dead skin to reveal that beautiful smooth glow.

Tropic Fruit Smooth Serum is my fav for a gentle exfoliation with minimal effort.

Key ingredients boast papaya enzymes, Australian lime pearl extract and AHA fruit complexes.

It's best for full or uneven skin tone, rough or textured skin and early signs of aging.

Best used on an evening after cleansing and toning followed by your moisturiser and facial oil.

Always wear SPF the next day, as exfoliation can increase sensitivity to the sun.

Today is all about nourishing that skin whilst you sleep.

Skin Dream is a night cream deliciously whipped with the most effective plant actives and enriching organic butters.

It's ultra hydrating, it stimulates collagen production and plumps fine lines while you sleep 😴

Its boasts ingredients such as plant ceramides, bio-retinol and murumuru butter.

It's best for fine lines and wrinkles, weakened or compromised skin barriers, dull and lacklustre complexions.
