CLIENT TRANSFORMATION

Jenna is smashing it lately. Having started out as an online client, she has now begun to have 2 training sessions per week with me whilst following a nutrition and training programme, flexible to fit around her work and commitments.

The next goal is to be a little leaner for her holiday at the end of July.

Nice little Arm day for you to give a go!

Keep all reps slow and controlled, at least 3 seconds on the lowering phase, 1 second squeeze/hold at peak of movement and repeat. We want to keep the weight a little lighter here and focus on performing the movements correctly and in a smooth manner.
Resting only 45-60 seconds between sets and again, make sure to be pushing through that pain....you can always get more reps out.

SS = Super set. two exercises performed back to back with no rest until a set on both movements are completed.

Lets begin:

Cable curl – straight bar attachment – 3 x 15
Standing barbell curl – 2 x 8-10 / 1 x 12-15
Alternating 2 Dumbbell curls SS Alternating Hammer curls – 3 x 12-15
Close grip bench press – 4 x 10
Rope push-downs – 3 x 15
Straight bar push-down SS Reverse push-downs – 2 x 12-15
Forearm curls – 3 x 15-20

The 6am TRX & Core class went well this morning, everyone smashed it!

HUGE well done to Vikki who stepped up to beat my challenge yesterday of a 3 minute plank..... yeah easy work. 6 minutes 2 seconds 🤯
