Crystel Coaching Helping women 40+ navigate menopause with confidence, clarity and support. Coaching for energy, mindset, lifestyle and wellbeing during midlife.

Feel like yourself again. My name is Sherri Crystel, founder of Nutribody. For the past two decades, health and fitness have been a passion of mine, which has had a positive impact on my life, as to the way I look and feel and continues to do so to this day. At High School, I loved sports and excelled on and off the track and was selected for the athletics team. I enjoyed the thrill and buzz that

came from competing. From leaving school I began a modelling career which allowed me to travel and see the world, eventually settling in Cyprus which became home for the next four years. I continued modelling though, at times I felt pressured about maintaining a low weight and I became obsessive about how I looked. It got to the point where I would force myself to vomit and as a result, my health started to suffer. I didn’t have the energy to exercise and became very depressed and wouldn’t go out. I eventually arrived back in the UK and fortunately got the help I needed before it became too serious. After many counselling sessions, I went on to make a full recovery. It's not surprising that in today’s world particularly for young people, who often develop an inferiority complex, as we are bombarded with 1000s of images of what is perceived as the perfect image! From my personal experience, I found taking care of myself through exercise and good nutrition helped me in developing a healthy self-image, as not only my body was toned and healthy, though equally, my mental health was in good shape too, exercising naturally releases endorphins and other neurotransmitters. Sherri Crystel | Shawn Ray from my bout of illness I was keener than ever to fully restore my health and was now back on track and joined a gym. I was introduced to weight training and soon developed a passion, the results were fantastic, to say the least. My passion was further fulled after a photoshoot with Shawn Ray, who at the time was a world-class bodybuilder. He encouraged me to go full steam ahead, and train like my life depended on it! Some years later after having my first child, I put on a lot of weight and had completely lost interest in exercising, as I was suffering from post-natal depression. Having a baby was the best thing ever, though, because of my illness, I had no interest whats so ever to exercise, as I had all on just to focus on being a Mother. I ate whatever I wanted, which looking back, was for comfort. The weight continued to pile on and I became increasingly unhappy and more depressed. Several months passed by, reluctantly, I started to take medication as I knew I needed help. Within a few weeks, I started to feel better. After much contemplation, I decided to become a member of my local gym, though I felt very uneasy as I wasn’t feeling my most confident, to say the least though, from some gentle encouragement from my family, I took the first step. I was given a training program to follow and as the weeks passed, I started to see results. I felt more positive, I looked and felt great, back to how I used to feel! I eventually came to a point where I started to plateau; felt bored with the gym and started to lose interest. I spoke to a personal trainer and asked for some help to take my training to the next level. I started working with him two to three times a week. – the results were amazing and I realised that having someone to push and challenge me beyond what I thought was possible was the key, though more importantly, someone to who I was accountable! It was at this point that I wanted a challenge and to push myself further than ever before. With much trepidation, I entered the Miss Figure UK competition. I was terrified at the thought, though, as Dc Norman Vincent Peale says;

“What the mind can conceive and believe it will achieve"! I trained like never before, it became my life, focused concentrated effort and a very strict eating regime. I looked and felt amazing and was shocked as to how far I had come. My trainer pushed me to the very brink, I’m so glad he did. I placed second in my first heat, qualifying me for the British final no less, where I placed fourth place respectively. What a feeling, –Teamwork, hard work but oh so worth it. I would contribute a large part to my success and mental preparation before competing in the many self-development courses I have attended over the years. The most recent with the infamous Tony Robbins – Tony has changed the lives of millions of people, considered the father of the life coaching industry

Tony Robbins reaches millions of people through his best selling books, audio products, public speaking engagements and live appearances. On one particular occasion, I was challenged to a firewalk -2000c no less- wow! Incredible and I still have both feet!.. and went back the following year to do it all again! It was at this seminar that I was inspired to become a personal trainer. Tony recommended that I study the best people in my chosen industry and aim high! That’s exactly what I did and in 2009 Nutribody was established. And the rest is history, as they say! From the outset, it has always been my intention to provide a private training studio as I felt and knew they were people who felt like I did when I first joined a public gym! I was embarrassed and felt everyone was looking at me and imagined everyone to be super-fit! NOT everyone was super-fit as I had imagined, though many individuals will avoid at all costs exercising in public, regardless. Hence, why I created Nutribody, not only for those who enjoy privacy but equally for those who appreciate an environment that is sole “their time” not having to wait for someone to finish on a piece of equipment or distracting TV's etc! But, more importantly, who can see results from their hard work. And as I explain to potential clients: A gym membership is a cost (particularly for the vast majority who don’t attend) versus an investment with a bespoke training program, with private one to one training sessions. Should you decide to become one of my clients, I welcome you with open arms and look forward to helping you achieve your true potential. Call and make that all-important first step, you’ll be glad you did, your life might just depend on it! Though it has to be said: Potential minus commitment equals nothing! I’m with you every step of the way because I care. Teamwork makes the dream work – Becoming healthy, fit and re-vitalised. Best of health,

Sherri Crystel

Every year, I hear the same thing.

"I'll start after summer."

"I'll wait until the kids go back to school."

"Things are just too busy right now."

And whilst those reasons feel completely valid, here's what I've learned after coaching so many women through perimenopause and menopause...

Life never really slows down.

There will always be birthdays, holidays, weekends away, family commitments, work deadlines and reasons to put yourself at the bottom of the list.

But imagine if you'd started six weeks ago.

How different would you feel today?

Would you have more energy?

Be sleeping better?

Feel more confident getting dressed?

Be stronger than you are now?

Those changes don't happen overnight.

They're built one small decision at a time.

That's why I don't believe in waiting for the "perfect" Monday, month or season.

I believe in starting with the life you have today.

Because the women who achieve the most incredible transformations aren't the ones with the most free time.

They're the women who decide they're worth making time for.

Your future self isn't asking you to be perfect.

She's simply asking you to begin.

So instead of asking yourself,

"Should I wait until September?"

Ask yourself,

"Where could I be by September if I started today?"

Your body isn't asking for perfection.

It's asking for support.

And your future self will thank you for taking that first step sooner rather than later.

If you're ready to stop waiting and start understanding what your body really needs during perimenopause or menopause, click the link in my bio to find out more about the TFY Method. Your next chapter could start today. 🤍

Not next month.

Not after the holidays.

Not when life finally calms down.

Now.

If you've been struggling with perimenopause or menopause and you're fed up with...

• Looking in the mirror and not recognising yourself.
• Feeling exhausted before the day has even begun.
• Gaining weight despite doing everything you used to do.
• Living on another diet that leaves you hungry and frustrated.
• Feeling like your confidence has disappeared.

Then I want to help you.

Through my 12-week TFY Method, I've helped women lose weight they thought they'd never shift, regain their energy, improve their confidence and finally understand what their body needs during menopause.

This isn't another quick fix.

It's a personalised coaching programme that combines strategic fasting, Mediterranean-inspired nutrition, strength training, hormone education, lifestyle coaching and ongoing support, because real transformation is about so much more than the number on the scales.

Imagine finishing the summer feeling...

✨ Stronger.
✨ Healthier.
✨ More energised.
✨ More confident.
✨ Back in control of your body.

I've opened just 3 spaces because I only work with a small number of women at a time, allowing me to give every client the support and accountability they deserve.

If you've been waiting for a sign, this is it.

Comment "READY" or send me a DM, and let's chat about whether the TFY Method is the right fit for you. 🤍

Sending that first DM can feel like the hardest part.

Especially if you've spent years trying to figure things out on your own, jumping from one diet to another, following advice that doesn't seem to work for your body anymore, or convincing yourself that you'll start again when life feels a little less busy.

But I want you to know that sending me a message doesn't commit you to anything. There's no pressure and no judgement. It's simply a conversation about you,
where you are now, what's been happening with your body, what you've already tried and, most importantly, where you'd love to be.

Because so many of the women I work with started with exactly the same DM.

Jo came to me believing that once menopause hit, there was nothing she could do about her weight. Today, she describes herself as the fittest, healthiest, strongest and most powerful she's ever felt.

Camille hadn't felt proud looking at a photo of herself for 10 years. After starting her journey with me, she sent me a message saying she finally felt proud of the woman she saw.

And I've watched so many other women transform not only their bodies, but their energy, confidence and entire outlook on this next chapter of their lives.

They didn't have all the answers when they first messaged me.

They didn't know whether they'd be able to do it.

They simply decided to start a conversation.

That's exactly why I take the time to get to know every woman before she joins the TFY Method. I want to understand your lifestyle, your struggles and your goals, because this isn't a one-size-fits-all programme and I only want you to join if I genuinely believe I can help you.

So, if you've been following me for a while, reading the client stories and wondering quietly in the background, "Could that be me?"...

Maybe it's time to find out.

Your first step doesn't need to feel huge. It can be as simple as one word.

DM me "READY" and let's have a chat. You could be my next success story. 🤍

For years, I thought I had a discipline problem.

I'd find something I wanted to change, throw myself into it, feel completely motivated...

And then struggle to stick to the routine I'd created.

Sound familiar?

Since understanding my ADHD, I've realised that my brain simply doesn't always work in the way traditional advice expects it to.

Add menopause into the mix, with changes to energy, sleep, mood and concentration, and suddenly maintaining the habits that are supposed to make you feel better can feel even harder.

That's something I wish more women talked about.

Because when we see someone else exercising consistently, eating well and seemingly having it all together, it's easy to think:

"Why can't I just do that?"

"Why do I always start and stop?"

"Why can't I be more disciplined?"

But I've learned that creating lasting habits isn't about forcing yourself into someone else's idea of consistency.

It's about understanding you.

How your brain works.

How your body has changed.

What your lifestyle realistically allows.

And what support you need to keep moving forwards when motivation inevitably comes and goes.

This experience has shaped the way I coach women today.

I don't expect perfection.

I don't believe missing a workout means you've failed.

And I don't believe there's one routine that every woman should be able to follow.

Because we're all different.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop asking "What's wrong with me?" and start asking "What would make this easier for me to maintain?"

That's where things started to change for me.

And it's a question I encourage every woman I work with to ask too.

If you've ever struggled to stick to healthy habits, what's the hardest part for you: getting started or staying consistent? Let me know below. 🤍

The women who get the best results don't have more time than you.

They don't have more motivation.

They simply make the decision to stop trying to figure it all out on their own.

Over the last few months, I've watched women who felt exhausted, frustrated and ready to give up transform not just their bodies, but their confidence too.

They've told me they have:

✨ More energy throughout the day.
✨ More confidence in themselves.
✨ A healthier relationship with food.
✨ Strength they never thought they'd have.
✨ Habits they can actually maintain.

And that's exactly why I do what I do.

The TFY Method isn't another restrictive diet or quick-fix programme.

It's about understanding your body, especially during perimenopause and menopause, and giving you the tools, support and accountability to create lasting change.

Imagine where you could be in 12 weeks.

Not because you're relying on willpower...

But because you're following a proven system that's already helping other women thrive.

I only take on a small number of women at a time so I can give each client the support they deserve.

If you're ready to become the next success story, send me a DM with READY and let's chat about whether the TFY Method is right for you. 🤍

Have you ever stopped to think that it might not be menopause itself making you feel worse...

But the habits you've been told are "healthy"?

I see it all the time.

Women cutting their calories.

Living off coffee to get through the day.

Doing endless cardio.

Snacking because they think it's the "right" thing to do.

Then wondering why they're exhausted, constantly hungry and struggling to lose weight.

Here's the truth...

When your hormones change, your body changes too.

The strategies that worked in your 20s and 30s often aren't the strategies your body needs now.

That doesn't mean you're failing.

It means your body is asking for a different approach.

Inside the TFY Method, I don't believe in quick fixes or making women feel guilty.

I believe in education.

Because when you understand *why* your body is responding the way it is, you stop blaming yourself and start making choices that genuinely support your health.

Sometimes it's not about making huge changes.

It's about making the **right** changes.

The ones that support your hormones.

Your metabolism.

Your energy.

Your confidence.

And that's exactly why so many of my clients say they wish they'd learned this years ago.

Because once you stop working against your body and start working with it, everything begins to feel easier.

Which of these habits surprised you the most?

Or is there another habit you've been told is "healthy" that you'd like me to bust the myth on? Let me know below 👇🤍
