Core Workout Example π₯
Do 3 sets of as many reps as you can on everything.
Strict Hanging toes to bar- do not swing, control the eccentric (the way down) regress by doing a hanging knee raise, same idea, do not swing.
Dragon flag- try to keep your body as straight as possible and control the eccentric. Regress to a reverse crunch if you canβt do that.
Ab rollouts- keep nice control and a straight body. Regress to a kneeling position if need be.
2 rounds of 2 minutes on some form of heavy carry. Iβve been liking a kettlebell front rack carry or an overhead kettlebell carry recently.

1min on hands
30s on elbows
30s on one side
30s on the other side
30s both elbows, one leg
30s both elbows, other leg
30s on hands
30s on elbows
