personal trainer with 13 years experience in the industry and I specialise in Pre & Postnatal fitness, Core Strength and Muscular Strength. Whatever your goal is I will be with you every step of the way in order for you to achieve it. Through Walk & Roll I run my exclusive classes which are:

This will free up some time for all you parents looking to get back into fitness.

Walk & Roll Personal Training is taking on new clients. My focus is to helps parents get back to the fitness level they are happy with and beyond.
I specialise in Pre and Post Natal Fitness and I work outside or I can come to you. I work around your schedule and now matter who you are, working or stay at home mum/dad, you can bring baby with you.
