STRONG MUMS CLUB

Starting 2nd July, I'm launching a new 4-week strength training course designed specifically for mums who want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident.
Whether this is your first time returning to exercise postpartum, or you're already on your fitness journey in motherhood, these sessions will help you build strength, improve fitness and carve out some time for yourself each week.
• 45-minute coached sessions
• Suitable for all fitness levels
• Babies welcome (pre-walking babies only)
• Supportive and friendly environment
• Limited to just 8 mums

This is a structured course rather than a drop-in class, giving you the opportunity to build confidence, learn proper lifting technique and make progress each week alongside a supportive group of like-minded mums.
