📣 Crewkerne RFC 1st XV – 2026/27 Fixtures

Our fixtures for the upcoming season have confirmed!

Due to the recent spell of severe weather and pitch conditions across Somerset, the RFU has confirmed a delay to the start of the Counties 4 Tribute Ale Somerset South season.

👉 Our first league game will take place on Saturday 26 September, away to Weston-Super-Mare IIIs

While it’s not the start date we originally expected, the extra time gives the squad a chance to sharpen up, and make sure the club's volunteers have time to get the pitch ready for the season ahead.

Sign‑On Day at Crewkerne RFC starts from 6:00pm — come down, get involved, and register for the upcoming season.

Whether wanting to sign up for social membership (touch rugby), as a player (senior) or as a VP, come down and get registered.

Preseason training will start from 7:00pm. You can come and register up until 8:00pm.

Join us at the George Reynolds Centre this Thursday 16th July at 1900 as we continue the new season preparations with energy.

Whether you’re a returning player or new to the club, this is your chance to get involved, meet the squad, and start building for a massive year ahead.

What a night it was for the club on Saturday. A packed house, full of past & current players, coaches, committee members, VPs, family and friends, and more! A celebration worthy of 50 years of Crewkerne RFC.

📢 FINAL GAME OF THE SEASON – STARTING LINEUP
Crewkerne RFC vs Bridgwater & Albion II

A full schedule today at Crewkerne RFC as we wrap up the season. Kick-Off vs Bridgwater &Albion II is at 1500, with the chance to jump up two places in the league at stake.

But we start the day by hosting Kingswood Rugby Club's Walking Rugby Tour, with games taking place between 1130 and 1300. It's a brilliant chance for any Crewkerne adults (VPs/Coaches/Parents) to give Walking Rugby a go before the main match kicks off.

🍻 VP & Sponsor Lunch
We will be hosting our third and final VP / Sponsor day of the season as we celebrate their support to the club this year and close out the season together. Arrival at 13:00, sit down at 13:30 and lunch served at 14:00.

Tomorrow morning. We look forward to welcoming Kingswood Rugby Club's Titans Walking Rugby Group on their tour.

Walking Rugby is fully inclusive, no running, no tackling, no kicking. Just passing, catching a rugby ball and scoring by crossing the line with the ball.

For any adults associated with Crewkerne RFC / Crewkerne RFC - Youth that would like to give it a go, come on down at 1100 tomorrow for 1130 start.
