We are delighted to be able to offer tennis coaching again this spring and summer at Misterton Tennis Club and we welcome, LTA award winning tennis coach, Natalie Carpenter (Level 3), to coach at Misterton Tennis Club, on Mondays and Tuesdays this spring/summer. Nat will be offering similar opportunities as last year, for both teens and adults for both improvers and intermediates. Open to book members and non members.

Monday’s ~
12-1pm - all abilities.

Tuesday’s ~
5.30-6.30pm - improvers.
6.30-7.30pm - intermediate.

With the wet winter weather making outdoor tennis a challenge, an afternoon of indoor table tennis in Misterton village hall a few weeks ago, was a welcome event for Misterton Tennis Club members and their families.
Last nights' Misterton TC quiz at "Mallabones" Misterton, was a sell out success with 9 tables of quizzers and a lively quiz team with some very testing questions. A generous raffle meant many went home with a nice prize. Big shout out for Mallabones for laying on yet another excellent quiz evening.

Misterton Tennis Club held its Annual General today. Kate Bradley was awarded “club Member of the Year” and thanked for her hard work and dedication to the club, as she stepped down from her role as club Treasurer after 9 years of service. The club is pleased to welcome Tracey Martin as its new Treasurer and looks forward to working with her in the coming year.
Warm thanks was also given to Emma House, who has completed three years as Safeguarding & Welfare Officer. Emma’s contribution to both the welfare of members and the organisation of social events has been greatly appreciated.

Great turnout for our “ Friends & Family” tennis event last Sunday. Bob Waterhouse was presented with a voucher for a meal for two at The White Horse, Haselbury P in thanks for the many years he’s spent on the Misterton TC Committee in different roles and finally as Chairman.
