Lots of people did a free trial at peak the last few weeks and every single one joined that says much more than a load of cringy social media bulls**t doesn’t it 🤷‍♂️💪 if anyone wants to try the gym this week for a few days with absolutely no obligation to join message me on WhatsApp 07814002725 being old af and semi retired I only do a few pt clients nowadays but Iv got a regular client changing jobs soon so il have a few spaces for the right people you don’t have to be an athlete or already fit you just need to commit to a couple of times a week and just do as I ask not do 30 minutes a fortnight while eating enough for a small family it’s a sad truth nowadays you can have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever but be good at social media and people will believe your bulls**t I refuse to post pictures holding a clipboard and pen with a serious face like a lot of the clowns or do a video calling you bro and saying “last chance for 5 local people” etc etc don’t be so gullible ffs 🤦‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️👴🏼👊

This is the second year with me as sole owner of peak and it’s never been busier which speaks volumes despite our vile government trying their best to bankrupt all small businesses it couldn’t be going any better thank you to my many members and the few select clients I choose to pt happy Christmas to you all and the few real friends I have 🎄🎄🎄🎄👴🏼👩🏻‍🎓👶🥰🥰🥰

It’s so obvious when you see dodgy personal trainers suggesting they are full so book fast 🙈😂😂😂 it’s so cringy especially when they have 4 clients but I’m truly blown away with how busy I am for this time of the year and how many new members we have I think peak has truly turned a corner from the years of the meathead only stigma 🙈😭😭 which wasn’t ever true but certainly not now 👏👏🥳🥳🙏 free week trials still available and some pt around 08.00/08.30 and a few early evenings thank you everyone for the continued support it’s much appreciated please share I need Christmas presents and fts birthday presents 🙏👩🏻‍🎓👴🏼🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💪

Had 4 new clients last week and gym is the busiest it’s ever been absolutely crazy for this time of year but il take it 🙏 still a few spaces left next week for pt and the free trial week for potential members is always available (not for juniors) 👴🏼💪🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Gym membership has never been so high and I’m in from 07.30 every day next week personal training I’m considering a few earlier starts to fit more people in I still have some space 08.30 is always free for some reason 🤔 and a couple of early evening slots but couldn’t be better for the time of year book a trial session and lose some weight before Christmas and start making good habits instead of getting heavier and more unhealthy thanks to all members and clients for the support 👴🏼💪🙏🥰

Unlike a lot of dodgy personal trainers/lifestyle coaches \influencers 🙈🙈😂😂😂 😂😂😂😂😂 I won’t lie about how busy I am to try to make out your lucky to get in while in reality they have hardly any clients and have to do other things this is my full time business and how I pay my bills I only do 22 hours a week so I’m always busy but won’t pretend I don’t have spaces especially early morning but I can genuinely say the gym which I’m the sole owner has never been so busy it’s great to see and makes for a better atmosphere every week I let people do a free trial but normally after 2/3 sessions they join anyway so that speaks volumes doesn’t it 🤷🏻‍♂️ if you would like to try peak for free no obligation to join message me on WhatsApp 07814002725 💪😀
