Our story
Crewe Town Football Club is a Community Football Club that launched on the 24th March 2018 and we serve the local community allowing all Under 12’s the chance and opportunity to be a part of something new and exciting. Our Club is ultimately a local football club. We will enjoy our moments of success, however, we will not base our coaching style and player involvement on winning alone.
We are trying to promote community citizenship, good sportsmanship and physical development through healthy organized training, competition and team work for 4 – 12 years. There are no restrictions due to race, religion gender or ability. To date we have 122 players (U7’s, U8’s, U9’s, U10’s and U12’s) registered who play in various age group leagues within the Cheshire area which we will be extending next season. We also have an adult team, “The Jaguars” (mens) who play in The Crewe and District League.
We currently have 8 Managers, 13 Coaches and a Committee of 9 who all work voluntarily. All Coaches are CRC checked and all Managers are Level 1 FA First Aid trained, with Safeguarding Certification in place. In total 31 volunteers help to run this great Club.
As a Grassroots Club we believe enjoying football should start at an early age, so we are in the process of launching our Crewe Town FC Tots Programme. Find more information on the Crewe Town FC Tots page on our Website www.crewetownfc.org
