🌟 This Weekend’s Classes with Miss Kirst 🌟

Hello Tiny Toes families! 💕

This weekend, the wonderful Miss Kirst will be covering our Tiny Toes Ballet Cheshire East classes while I head off to celebrate the hen weekend of my best friend, who I’ve been lucky enough to call my friend since we were 5 years old! 💖🥂

I couldn’t think of anyone better to step in. Miss Kirst and I actually started our dance journeys at the very same local dance school, and she has taught alongside me as part of the SDSD team for over 10 years. Since moving to Sheffield, she has become part of the Tiny Toes family too, teaching with the North Nottingham & South Yorkshire team. 🩰✨

She is absolutely amazing, and I know you and your little dancers are going to have a fabulous time with her. The children will be in very safe hands, and I can’t wait to hear all about the fun, dancing and smiles when I’m back next weekend!

“Behind every student who believes in themselves, is a teacher who believed in them first.” ✨

Today’s Watch Week at our children’s dance classes in Nantwich was the perfect reminder of exactly this. 💛

Every child who walked into our dance studio brought something uniquely their own: courage, creativity, personality, determination and joy. Some confidently performed every step, while others quietly found their bravery along the way, and every single one of them showed just how much children can thrive when given time to trust, space to explore, and encouragement to simply be themselves.

At our kids’ dance classes, we believe every child is capable, teachable and full of potential. Through creative dance, movement, music and a nurturing environment, we aim to help children grow not just in dance skills, but in confidence too.

Watching our young dancers shine in front of their families today was such a special moment, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far they’ve all come. ✨

✨ WE’RE PERFORMING AT ASTBURY MAY DAY ✨

We are so excited to announce that our Tiny Toes Ballet dancers will be performing at at on Saturday 16th May! 💕🩰

This is such a wonderful community event for the whole family, full of celebration, fun and the chance to support our amazing dancers as they perform in the main arena. We cannot wait to celebrate all of their hard work, confidence and achievements together 🌸

Our students from Dance Adventures Cheshire will also be performing, giving everyone the opportunity to see what the future can hold as our younger dancers continue their dance journey with us ⭐

“Parents—this is what real confidence looks like 💛”

Most people will hear a simple “hello.”

But what they don’t see… is everything it took to get there.

The courage.
The nerves.
The quiet moments of trying when no one else is watching.

She’s not saying “hello” in class yet… but she wanted to. So she showed me she could—in her own way.

And that matters more than people realise.

From the very first steps through to age 7, children aren’t just learning words… they’re learning confidence, communication, and how to believe their voice matters.

This is what progress looks like 🌱

One day, she’ll say it in class.
Today, she showed us she can 💫

Lot’s of our tiny toes ballet dancers have been asking after the caterpillars from last terms “The very hungry caterpillar”themed classes.

They have all flown off into the sun now but I did manage to capture the first butterfly emerging from their chrysalis.🦋
