🚀 Jump into Fitness – Let’s Bounce! 🎶🔥

Hey, ladies! Are you ready to jump, sweat, and have an absolute blast? My brand-new Jump Fitness class is launching in Milford Haen and I cannot wait to see you all there! Expect fantastic energy, amazing music, and an atmosphere that will leave you buzzing!

🕤 I’ll be at the hall from 9:30 AM for registration and to get you fitted into your boots.
💦 We’ll have plenty of breaks (because this class is for complete beginners, no stress!). Even if you need more ~breaks, totally fine – your pace, your progress!

What to bring?

✔ Face towel – You’ll need it!
✔ Water bottle – Hydration is key!
✔ Spare pair of socks – Just regular cotton socks are fine!
✔ Leg coverage – Either higher-than-ankle socks (till your calves) or long leggings.

💰 Payments: Cash or online – whatever works best for you!

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or anything I should be aware of, please inbox me beforehand. I’ll provide a medical form for you to fill out before class. Your safety comes first!

Jump Fitness Class Pricing

For those hiring boots for the class:

Pay as you go (subject to boot availability): £10 per class

Block booking for 4 weeks (1 class per week): £34 (£8.50 per class)

Block booking for 4 weeks (2 classes per week): £50 (£6.25 per class)

Block booking for 4 weeks (3 classes per week): £60 (£5 per class)

For Jump Queens who own their boots:

Pay as you go: £7.50 per class

Block booking for 4 weeks (1 class per week): £25 (£6.25 per class)

Block booking for 4 weeks (2 classes per week): £40 (£5 per class)

Block booking for 4 weeks (3 classes per week): £48 (£4 per class)

Payment Methods:

You can pay via cash, bank transfer, or PayPal.

All payments are due upfront or on the day of the class.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. You won’t lose the class and can attend any other available class.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in losing that class spot.

Holidays and Health:

Going on holiday? Let me know and I’ll put your block booking on hold, so your classes won’t expire.

If you fall ill for an extended time, I can issue a refund (each class will be charged as a single pay-as-you-go session) or place your booking on hold.

I’ve had to adjust my Terms & Conditions to align with running costs and my busy schedule, but I truly appreciate your understanding.
