Ree-Fit Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves! I am also currently studying for my Exercise to music qualification.

A little about me....I took my first Zumba® class as part of a plan to help me get back into shape and used it as a form of therapy whilst I was going through a tough time emotionally and was immediately hooked. Not only was the awesome Zumbalina instructing me warm and welcoming but the exhilarating and effective workout that she and her Zumba classes provided helped me to build stamina and endur

ance, and also nurtured a new-found love for all things Zumba whilst inspiring me to do the training myself. I believe that both Zumba and fitness are therapeutic and feel that leading a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle is far worse than the effort and time we need to dedicate to working out.....However Zumba does not even feel like a work out, it’s that much fun! I now want to share my passion for Zumba by encouraging, motivating and helping people to reach their own fitness goals while they participate in my own brand new classes which feature Latin and International rhythms. I’m licensed to teach Zumba, Aqua Zumba and Zumbini’s and I will be completing my Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Junior In October.
