"Pump it like a crumpet"
"I'm going to hump the floor like it's freedom from our homes"
"You know when you're running and your b***s are jiggling and bums jiggling and you're like... it's not supposed to do that? This time it IS supposed to do that.... SHOW ME YOUR WIGGLY BUMS!"

In a class with me you will work up a sweat, have a giggle and learn at least one dance move you will find yourself doing when you're tipsy.

Anyway if you want to book for tonight's 7:15pm class let me know!

FloorWerk - B***y Shaking, hair whipping, pulse raising body positive class. Wear your favourite workout outfit and some kneepads (or do it on a nice rug or carpet), turn the volume up and get ready for the most empowering hour of the day!
