Took a trip to Forest Gym in Crawley and caught up with old bodybuilding friends Harold Marillier and Paul Steyning.

Harold, a former UKBFF/IFBB and NABBA Champion and a great prep coach. Harold has prepped many top athletes including Troy Brown EFBB/UKBFF British Champion 2006, Rene Campbell UKBFF/IFBB Women’s BB Champion and IFBB Pro to mention a few. Looking forward to seeing him and the top quality athletes he is currently getting ready for the:
