With two boxing rings, punch bags, mirrors, pads, kettlebells, bulgarian bags, free weights, plyometric boxes and much much more, our gym is the perfect way to get fit to fight or just have fun and get in great shape. Easter Hols means kids 1-2-1 sessions during the daytime and a quieter Junior class at 5pm. So while two kids spar the other students sit watch and learn as the coach offers advice and insight.

Our classes are Monday to Thursday and Saturday.

IBJJF Golds — congratulations to Markus, George and George all winning gold at this weekends IBJJF comp in Crystal Palace at the weekend.

Markus winning Black Belt Master 1, George Kolorov the Super-Heavyweight Gold and George Ahearn taking Gold in his first outing in the adult division.

Then Checkmat taking the Team Trophy and winning across multiple categories 🙌

Great weekend for the McKenzie BJJ team. Well done to everyone who competed and thanks to everyone who supported — good things to come to those who train 💪
