Our Yoga classes are rooted in Yoga and Stretch principles, meaning that we move with awareness. Here we invite you to explore connecting to the breath and helping you to discover the smaller movements & moments. A chance to move without going from 0 - 100 miles an hour!
In a world that glorifies hustle culture; in our classes we choose presence and celebration of where we are in this moment. Rather than what we think society expects of us and running ourselves dry. πΏ
