Fitness, performance, and empowerment that is different and fun with an exclusive twist for all ages. Using aerial arts, fitness, and wellbeing to improve physicality and gain skills from both the ground and in the air. We strongly believe at CAW Fitness in the holistic approach to teaching. Meaning we are interested in engaging, developing the whole person in a positive safe way whilst encouraging self-expression. Our aim is to help you develop physical, emotional, mental as well as spiritual wellbeing. All whilst allowing you to discover strength & movement that you never knew existed. Group Aerial fitness exercise classes for adults and kids. Including: Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Sling, Aerial Silks, and CAW Kids. Group Fitness exercise classes for adults. Including: Yoga, Fitness Circuits, Weightlifting, Pole Choreography, Burlesque, Flexibility & Mobility and On Demand Classes. Want progress photos? Want to show off how incredible you are? You deserve to! No matter what level you are (beginner or advanced) you can never be 'ready' for a photoshoot. Bur we can prepare you for a successful one!

So if you want photos for whatever reason (be it sexy, progress, strength, to show off your amazing hard work or to challenge yourself to doing something new) then join us on our photoshoot with Helen Knox Photography.

You can choose up to two pieces of equipment per 30 minute slot. 1 Hour slots also available. Hoop, Sling, Silks, Pole, Floor work, etc.

Full preparation & support is included. 

When:

• Sunday 25th October

• £30 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to confirm your booking needed. Full remaining payment of £65 will be expected by Monday 5th October.

• 30 mins sharing over the course of 1 hour with another person. Or 1 x hour slots available.

• A unicorn instructor will be assisting you and adjusting on a 121 basis, throughout your entire shoot to ensure that perfect shot. 

• Receive 3 stunning edited photos of your choosing, plus extras if you wish. These can be purchased separately.

We will be using a rose pink backdrop for this shoot. 🔦

Because real life isn't predictable or always goes to plan.

We don't believe you should have to choose a rigid payment option just to be part of our community either. ✔️

At your pace, your way, which means you'll be more likely to stay motivated then too! We're not here to tell you what your fitness schedule should look like. We do not want you to just join. We want you to want to stay. Not because you are trapped into a contract!

In memory of Traversal. May it rest in peace. 🤍

Some spaces are just four walls, a floor and a few pieces of equipment, and then, there are spaces that become part of a story.

This week we said a very heartfelt farewell to CAW Fitness Traversal, our home in conjunction with Crawley Parkour | Coaching 🥹✨

For so many years, this space has been filled with movement, laughter, nerves, courage, creativity, determination and a LOT of flying! It has seen first ever inversions, climbs, drops, performances, new tricks, flexibility milestones, strength gains and those wonderful moments where we suddenly realise…

'I CAN ACTUALLY DO THIS!'

It’s been the backdrop to classes, workshops, events, parties, 121 sessions, instructor trainings, rehearsals, photoshoots, filming days and countless little moments that perhaps didn’t feel significant at the time, but became the memories we’ll carry with us. 💗

It’s been a space where people have challenged themselves, where friendships have formed, where confidence has grown, where people have walked through the door feeling nervous and walked out feeling more capable.

And, perhaps most importantly, it has belonged to our community. 🤍

So many of you have achieved something here, so many of you have laughed here and so many of you have pushed past something you once thought you couldn’t do here. (Us included!)

But, this isn’t goodbye. It’s just a goodbye to one chapter.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard on what comes next, and we’re SO excited to take you with us.

Throughout September, we have a temporary timetable in place whilst we make the transition to our new location. Some sessions have been blended, and some classes will be moving slightly earlier to help accommodate as many of you as possible during this period.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so please keep an eye on our socials, emails and class timetable for all the latest information. 🤍

A NEW CAW FITNESS VENUE LAUNCH IS COMING THIS EARLY AUTUMN.

This showcase is about so much more than performances. It is a celebration of courage, resilience, confidence and every small step that has transformed into something extraordinary. Every performer has their own unique journey, and we can't wait to share those stories with you.

Support our amazing students, clients and unicorns as they take to the stage. We truly believe that we can celebrate how far we've come while still embracing how much more there is to discover - because we can be successful and a work in progress at the same time.

As we celebrate nearly 12 incredible years of CAW Fitness, we're also looking towards an exciting new chapter. Every penny raised from this showcase will go directly towards upgrading our aerial equipment and facilities as we prepare for our upcoming venue move. 🤸‍♀️ ONE LAST SPIN - CAW Fitness Traversal Farewell Jam! 🤸‍♀️

After nearly nine incredible years, it's time to give our space at Traversal the send-off it deserves!

Join us for a special farewell Jam, as we celebrate the space that has seen thousands of classes, countless achievements, first inversions, giggles, tears, friendships, performances, Instructor Training and LOTS of aerial shapes!

This is farewell celebration!

Expect an evening of: 

• Open apparatus time - come and play on your favourite apparatus and revisit your old time favourite moves, celebrating the 'then and now'.

• Snacks & Nibbles... because no CAW event is complete without food!

• Memory sharing - bring your favourite Traversal memories, stories and moments. We'll look back at old videos and remind ourselves how far we've all come! 

• Disco lights & music - because if we're going to say goodbye, we might as well do it in style!

• Jam, play, dance, climb, spin and generally have fun. There is no expectations, no pressure and no perfect shapes required. 

This venue has been so much more than just four walls and some aerial apparatus It has been a place where people have challenged themselves, found confidence, made friends, celebrated milestones and have discovered that they are capable of far more than they thought 

So, before we close the doors to Traversal one final time, let's fill it with one more evening of giggles, music, movement and memories. 

Come in your favourite Aerial outfit or CAW T-shirt. Bring your favourite memories and get ready for one last spin. 

Saying goodbye to a building that has been a huge part of our story!

✨ A NEW CHAPTER FOR CAW FITNESS! ✨

Well… the secret is finally out to the public! 🔑💙

🦄 CAW Fitness TRAVERSAL (Ifield) is moving.
🦄 CAW Fitness HQ (West Green) is remaining unchanged and still our main home!

This is a huge moment for us. Traversal has been huge part of our business for nearly nine years in conjunction with Crawley Parkour | Coaching. It has seen thousands of classes, achievements, friendships, celebrations, events and SO many memories. 🥹💙

But now it’s time to spread our wings and take CAW Fitness into its next chapter! ✨

Our new home is going to give us the opportunity to create something bigger, better and ease waitlists from many of our current classes. Including upgraded rigging, more height, improved facilities and exciting possibilities for the future. Still alongside Crawley Parkour. 💜❤️

We’re already imagining everything we’ll be able to do in this new space, and we genuinely cannot wait to share it with you! 🥰

There are still a few final pieces of the puzzle to fall into place, and we’re working incredibly hard behind the scenes to make the transition as smooth as possible. We’ve also had some unexpected delays with the process, so there may be a little bit of a temporary stop-gap while we relocate and finalise everything. We promise to keep you updated, and we ask for your patience while we work through the logistics.

Most importantly, please know that YOU are at the heart of every decision we’re making. We want this new space to be somewhere our community can continue to feel safe, excited and inspired. Whilst still providing accessible Aerial Fitness to the Crawley Community (and beyond!)
