Ladies I have just completed tilgate park run with Samuel in his buggy so no excuses get signed up for a FREE 5k run, jog,walk - you can take your little pickles so there is NO EXCUSE
every Saturday 9am http://www.parkrun.org.uk/tilgate/

Nothing - it's free! but please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time.
