I have to take a moment to shoutout the incredible success of 1 of my online clients!!

He reached out to me on Friday, May 16th, disillusioned with his current shape and journey, despite us never having met or spoken previously. We discussed his goals, current activity levels, and his diet. I managed to convince him to let me create a new training plan as well as set his calories and macros. Thank God he was brave enough to say yes!!

Fast-forward 9 weeks, he’s snow on his 3rd 4-week program, and the transformation is truly incredible. As a PT I’ve never been 1 to focus on weight, for many reasons, however it turns out that he fells exactly the same, and in his own words “didn’t want to get obsessed by weight, etc., it’s more how I look and feel!”

With over 26yrs experience as a PT I’ve trained an Olympic Champion, a professional football team, a pro bodybuilder, celebrities, amputees, wheelchair bound individuals with multiple conditions, aspiring athletes, young children, older adults, EVERYONE!!
