We are delighted to announce that we have launched a brand new additional needs swimming lesson ! We have spaces available on Thursdays at 7.00pm from this week. These lessons will take place in our teaching pool at a maximum depth of 0.9 metres. 🤩

You needn't be a para-athlete to join our non competitive swimming club, but all disabled adults are welcome to attend for 'swimbling' and water based PT at 19:45 on Tuesdays.

Carers are welcome in the water or out, we're a friendly bunch and you never know - you might just discover a talent you didn't know you had!! Taster sessions are free, but you'll need a pound coin for your locker!

Just meet us poolside, you'll see a flamingo bag, or ask for Kevin. :)

Brilliant start to the Sussex ASA Championships and Alfie has just dropped a new British Swimming and Swim England Para Record I. The 800 free!

Tuesday is pool day, introducing the new poolside lift which arrived in August and it's cheerfully demonstrated here by one of our regulars.

If you're coming to the club this evening you'll need a £1 coin for your locker and of course, your towel! Poolside 19:45 for those confident in deeper water, and 20:00 if you like your toes to touch the floor :)

We’ve been advised that the current chair hoist is out of service this evening, in better news the long awaited replacement should arrive next week!

So, poolside at 19:45 for the deep and 20:00 for the ‘walking’ pool. And take care on the way it’s warm already! :)

Oh this is a fabulous opportunity for young swimmers with disabilities in the area! Go, go, go!

We are proud to announce we are partnering with Swim England and running a FREE Para Swimming Taster Session at our incredible facility at K2, Crawley on the 15th July.

Sessions will be run by Crawley SC Head Coach Will Philpot (UK Coaching Hero 2021 Award winner) and Assistant Head Coach Tom Baxter (current Swim South East Para Swimming Talent Lead Coach).
