A massive congratulations to our incredible members who have got their ticket to the next stage. The top 25% of the Open Field is a huge achievement and we can't wait to cheer you on through every rep of the Quarterfinals. 👏💪

The 5 Quarter Final Workouts will be released by Crossfit HQ at 7pm THIS Thursday (26th). Our athletes then have just a 5-day window to leave it all on the floor and submit their scores. ⏱️

We’ll keep you posted on when these workouts will be going down over the weekend so you can come along and show your support 📣🙌

A massive congratulations to our incredible members who have got their ticket to the next stage. The top 25% of the Open Field is a huge achievement and we can't wait to cheer you on through every rep of the Quarterfinals. 👏💪
