For someone who has trained in a gym for years and had my own PT, I thought I knew a lot about training, but Day One solidified how much I had to learn.
I was overwhelmed by the information and knowledge that rolled out of Georgeβs mouth. I genuinley looked forward to every early rise on a Sunday for the practical sessions, especially as everyone was so lovely and all there to achieve the same goal. It was a tough 10 weeks, but George was readily available and supportive every step of the way.
