Feeling fantastic myself, as a Martial arts instructor it’s important to keep your own health and fitness in check.
I have been on a program where I am on a high protein and fat with low carb diet, with intermittant fasting Sunday night right through to Friday morning, 16 hour fasts, 2 eating windows and a healthy eating day Friday and Saturday cheat day.
I have found over the last 3 weeks this has been very beneficial to my health, have lost 13 lbs, lost visceral fat, gained muscle mass and have had a much better bowel movements, I actually thought I had IBS but this has really worked for me, cutting out all of the crap and eating healthy.
Also working out 3 times per week with weights and body weight circuits, also the private tuition and teaching classes that means I’m always moving so as I age ( now 57) I keep myself in reasonable shape.
I have also noticed I feel a lot less lethargic and getting more done.
Also doing more breath work.
It’s not always not doing this on your own, I am being held accountable and it’s been fantastic.
So my advice, as the owner and Head Coach of The Crawley Combat Academy and joint Coach @ Crawley Personal Training Academy , get advice or work with a coach, make changes now for your health, make time for you, make time for your family , enjoy life ……… do something that’s fun , good for you and stick to it!
