Like Tai Chi, Qigong has its roots in ancient China. Comprising similarly slow, gentle, smooth movements, Qigong is designed to relax you and reduce stress, while enhancing the flow of your Qi (your life-force energy). Regular practice can also help you improve your balance, coordination and mobility. The exercises can be done sitting or standing, depending on your physical capacity, making Qigong ideal for all ages (over 18s only).
