🌟The above list are my top 5 key pieces of equipment that I feel really help with the postnatal fitness stage🌟
💪🏼 Resistance bands - small, easy to take out on your walk, and can add a surprisingly heavy resistance to your workout.
🏋️♀️Weights - strength building is a great way of re-building your fitness after having a baby. Start with lighter weights and basic movements and you’ll soon notice a difference.
🧘🏼♀️Exercise mat - great for stretching, yoga and working out alongside your baby.
⏱Smart watch - you can go fancy or keep it basic. But there’s nothing more motivating that realising how many steps/km’s you’re walking a day!
🩱Kit - there’s nothing better than the feel of new Lycra on your body. Even if your workouts are at home, treat yourself to a new outfit which makes you feel awesome!!
