This bike came in for a service before departing on a ride across USA, he covered 3250 trouble free miles except for one puncture! Needs rebuilding after being in bike box, service, chain, bottom bracket and wheel bearings.

Ride was from Sans Fransisco to New Your.

Pictures below show the snow covered mountains that they rode through & when they got to New York.

This is why Cycle Wizard won’t service e-bikes that are not from reputable retailers.

Always charge & store as per manufacturer’s guidelines and don’t leave charging unattended.

Thinking of buying, or already own an electric bike? These bikes are powered by highly combustible lithium-ion batteries so please take care with them.

- 🛒Only purchase bikes and chargers from reputable retailers
- 📰 Follow manufacturer charging instructions
- 🏃‍♀️ Avoid storing in communal areas or escape routes
- 🔔 Ensure you have working smoke and heat alarms where you are charging

If a fire starts, do not attempt to extinguish it. Get out and call 999.

Following the recent announcement of the State Funeral for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll on Monday 19th September, I will be closed on this day. I will reopen as normal on Tuesday 20th September.

Cycle wizard is pleased (and a rather jealous) that Chris at The Fettling Room has his dream job and will be looking after a top race team all over Europe.

However, this has caused an influx of customers just turning up at The Cycle Wizard. As much as I welcome new customers I work from a residential address and not a shop on the High Street and so I operate by bookings only with NO Drop Ins.
