Hello,
I will be open on Wednesdays only now so things will be a little different around here!
I have written a new programme utilising the Reformers and Towers together. Wednesday mornings will schedule two sessions like this and in the afternoons I will be available to book for private/duet/triple sessions.
I have changed the studio layout and posted a new photo for you to see how it looks.

Starting with small balls; Chi balls x 12 @ £9 each. Spikey x7 @£3 each. Triad x 7 @£10 each, Acupressure tube/3 balls in each x 7 @ £15 tube. Toning balls, boxed pair x 11 @ £10 a pair. Sitfits x6 @£15 each.

Term starts Tuesday 22nd February for 6 week block of classes. This is the last block for the company. From mid April only private/duet/triple sessions can be booked with me so the schedule will cease.
Big changes after 22 years of being a studio owner. Thank you all for being on this wonderful journey with me.

Our new block of classes starts Tuesday 2nd November. We have got back into a routine of studio classes and I am looking forward to the lead up to Christmas! Oh my word did I mention Christmas already? Fancy a programme to help get you in the mood?

I gave the studio an Autumn makeover today. The reformers are inline with extra space between each one and I love the symmetry - I feel we are, in Joe Pilates' words, 'Returning to life'.

I have been open for private sessions over the summer break. Autumn term starts Tuesday 7th September.
