NOT your average workout group! We BREAK the stereotype. We LEARN together. We BUILD better men. We FORGE stronger community.

This morning, our group didn’t just work out—we worked on ourselves.

50% fitness, 50% discussion over coffee. Today’s topic? TOXIC MASCULINITY.

We explored what masculinity truly means, how we can be great men for our families, co-workers and our community, and the dangers of toxicity in all aspects of life.

We’re not just about push-ups and sweat. We’re about growth, accountability, leadership, and supporting each other to be the best men we can be.

It may have been another chilly one down at Snoxhall Fields but it didn’t stop 20 Highly Impactful Men (or HIM’s as we call them here in F3) getting out, digging deep and hitting the dark January mornings head on. We were joined today by guys from our ALFOLD and READING (Yes the one in Berkshire) location.

To top it all off we had a new fresh face join us after seeing an earlier post.

This fine morning a marvellous group got together from F3 to help in the community. Guided by the Head of Loxwood Primary School the boys of F3 set about giving the reception and halls of the school a quick make-over.
8 or so wonderful men from F3 Cranleigh Boot Camp & F3 Alfold Boot Camp gave up the first weekend morning of their new year.
After this, it was time to do some clearing outside where the guys cleared space in the playground and provided new logs and sticks for the outdoor learning area at the school.

Another cracking session this morning to see the New Year IN!! Very little sleep & New Year celebrations didn't stop these 10 guys getting out there and bettering themselves & one another in a fun, friendly & encouraging environment.
