👋 Did you miss me?

😬 Missed my video last week as I was having a little wobble, but that’s all part of training. Delighted that the temperature has got a little cooler, it definitely helps.

🏃🏻 Longest run of the plan so far this week and at the brilliant suggestion of Chiara I tried something a little different to try to trick my brain into thinking it wasn’t quite so far.

🟣 Let me know if you’ve got any little tricks to make those long runs just a bit more bearable.

🎉A huge congratulations to our FIRST EVER dual Kinetic Fitness Member & Employee of the Month Cara!🎉

🟢 Cara has been with us since our very earliest days and has always been a popular and much loved member, always helping and encouraging others. She’s also our number 1 employee! Having Cara means I can go on holiday and relax knowing that our members will get great workouts and be well looked after.

🟣 I can’t thank Cara enough for all the hard work and great sessions she puts on at Kinetic. She’s an asset and we all feel very lucky to have her.

🌒 Well that’s something you don’t get at every session, we are so lucky to have a such a great location at Snoxhall that meant we got an amazing view of the eclipse.

🟣 Such a privilege to witness it and share that moment with the members.
